A different approach to early‑career development

Many early-career routes focus on classroom learning, informal development, or being “placed” and left to find your way.
Sequora Academy was created because these approaches are not designed to consistently build the judgement, confidence and credibility required to operate effectively in complex commercial environments.
At Sequora, development is deliberate, structured and taken seriously.
You will contribute in live roles from the outset, while being supported through a clearly defined development pathway designed to build capability that holds under pressure.
A serious development commitment
Sequora Academy is not a light-touch programme.
Academy members are typically expected to complete a formal apprenticeship, which may include a recognised professional qualification such as CIPS or equivalent.
This requires:

Sustained effort alongside live delivery,

Commitment to structured learning and assessment, and

The discipline to balance work, study and development.
We are explicit about this because we believe professional capability should be built properly, not informally or by accident.

Academy cohorts are commissioned by client organisations with a clear, explicit option to hire at the end of the programme.
