Accessing Sequora Academy through PSR RTD

For public sector organisations, Sequora Academy is fully accessible through the Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) – Recruit, Train and Deploy (RTD) route. This provides a compliant, low‑friction way to engage the Academy while meeting procurement, assurance and regulatory requirements, through a framework managed on behalf of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

If your organisation is already using PSR

If you are already onboarded to the PSR framework, you can request Academy capability by raising a requirement within PSR and nominating Sequora as your preferred delivery partner.

PSR is managed by AMS (Alexander Mann Solutions) on behalf of CCS, and operates through a standardised, assured process that supports public‑sector workforce needs.

In smaller and scaling organisations, the challenge is different.

Critical commercial, contractual and risk responsibilities are often absorbed by senior leaders alongside other priorities. Holding the full breadth and depth of capability required, across different risks, levels of experience and moments of need, rarely makes sense as a permanent overhead.

Important work is managed as best it can be, deferred when it feels disproportionate, or addressed only when issues surface, even where the potential impact is significant.

If your organisation is not yet registered PSR

Registering as a new customer on PSR is intentionally straightforward. To join the PSR agreement, public sector bodies simply complete a PSR Call‑Off Agreement with AMS, who act as the framework’s strategic partner.

Once the Call‑Off is in place:

AMS will provide access to the SAP Fieldglass system (used to raise and manage requirements)
you can submit your Academy requirement directly
and, you may select Sequora as your chosen RTD provider.

If your organisation is new to PSR, you can begin the registration process via the PSR website by selecting “Register” and following the guided account creation steps.
