Public Sector Resourcing (PSR)
Recruit, Train and Deploy (RTD) framework

Public sector organisations increasingly need fast, reliable ways to build capability while staying fully aligned to procurement and regulatory requirements. Sequora Academy can be engaged through an established, compliant route designed specifically for public‑sector workforce needs, offering a clear pathway from initial enquiry through to deploying Sequora Academy talent. The guidance below outlines how to access Sequora through PSR, what to expect at each stage, and the benefits of using the RTD model to deploy early‑career and advanced talent at pace.

Accessing Sequora Academy through PSR RTD

For public sector organisations, Sequora Academy is fully accessible through the Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) – Recruit, Train and Deploy (RTD) route. This provides a compliant, low‑friction way to engage the Academy while meeting procurement, assurance and regulatory requirements, through a framework managed on behalf of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS).

If your organisation is already using PSR

If you are already onboarded to the PSR framework, you can request Academy capability by raising a requirement within PSR and nominating Sequora as your preferred delivery partner.

PSR is managed by AMS (Alexander Mann Solutions) on behalf of CCS, and operates through a standardised, assured process that supports public‑sector workforce needs.

Why use PSR RTD to access Sequora Academy?

  • Compliant and regulated, under a Crown Commercial Service–managed framework

  • Low‑friction activation, avoiding lengthy procurement cycles

  • Pre‑agreed commercial terms suitable for public sector bodies

  • Structured, assured route from requirement to deployment

  • Flexibility to deploy early‑career, advanced or dual pathways
