Our Journey

OUR JOURNEY

Strengthening capability that organisations want to own, and the parts they shouldn't build alone.

Trusted where outcomes matter

Sequora is built by practitioners with experience across complex, regulated and high-pressure environments, where commercial decisions are scrutinised, risks are real, and outcomes endure.

Our work is designed to stand up to audit, transaction and challenge.

We focus on ownership, continuity and judgement, not short-term intervention or generic advisory.

Sequora is intended to complement teams, taking responsibility for work that is important, material and difficult to sustain internally, while strengthening your capability rather than creating dependency.

Our mission is to build resilience, not reliance

We strengthen commercial judgement and capability so decision making holds under pressure.

We help individuals and teams build confidence grounded in real capability, and organisations create enduring strength through structure, control and assurance as complexity increases.

Sequora exists to enable confident decisions and lasting capability, not dependency on external support or reactive intervention.

Your capability development and enterprise value assurance partner, working with organisations operating in complex environments where decisions carry real commercial weight.

Our team brings deep commercial expertise, disciplined thinking and a strong commitment to practical delivery.

We work alongside our clients to translate insight into action and ensure progress is sustained over time.

Leadership rooted in commercial insight

Sequora is led by seasoned commercial professionals with proven experience across demanding operational environments.

Our leadership blends practical experience with rigorous thinking, focused on building lasting capability across people and enterprises.

We lead with integrity, stay close to delivery and take responsibility for outcomes, not just advice. Supporting leaders where decisions carry real commercial weight.

How we think, decide and work is guided by these values

Discernment

Focus on what matters most

We filter noise, test assumptions and surface the information that changes decisions.

Integrity in motion

Act with clarity and accountability

We take ownership of outcomes, not just activity, and remain engaged until capability is built or assurance is embedded.

Growth with depth

Build strong foundations before scale

We prioritise depth with judgement and capability before speed and scale.

Leadership Team

Our leadership team

Matthew Bradley

  • LinkedIn

Matthew founded Sequora upon recognising a common challenge: commercial responsibilities often expand faster than the frameworks needed to manage them. Sequora’s role is to help organisations strengthen those frameworks and scale sustainably.

His career spans senior roles within large, complex enterprises, highly competitive commercial environments, and smaller, fast-moving firms, as well as deep experience working within and alongside the UK government. This breadth has given him first-hand understanding of operating under scrutiny, margin pressure, regulatory constraint and growth ambition.

More recently, Matthew has advised boutique consultancies and leadership teams on growth strategy, operating model design and enterprise value enhancement.

As Founder and CEO, Matthew is accountable for Sequora’s direction, standards and culture, ensuring the business remains focused on work that is important, material and difficult to sustain internally.
